Pennington Flash 5 Mile Trail Race 20th Sept.

A return to the race scene for Mike Neary (17th) was a successful one when taking the 0/55 prize in 30.49. Steve Nolan (7th) collected the 0/45 award with 28.54, and Tony Hesketh (32.03) did likewise for the 0/60’s. We only had one lady running but Caroline Scholes was in fine form taking the first 0/35 prize with 33.56.

Paul Boardman was 19th in 31.06 and Barry Chapman ran 33.21 for 32nd place.

Simon Parkinson continued his fine run of form being well placed in 5th with a time of 37.13.
