This years race was an a real success, but was run in the most atrocious of conditions. Low cloud, rain, wind and low temperatures. In all there were 211 starters with 199 runners completing the course. A big thanks to all the people who help on the day, Marshals, Mountain rescue, Results service. Also the tenant farmers and United Utilities for their continued support and permission to use the land. A superb turnout by Horwich Harriers saw us take the Vet’s team prize and James Kevan was awarded the Norman Matthews Winter Hill Trophy for the first Harrier home.
THANK YOU ALL FOR BOTH HELPING AND TAKING PART!
