From now on all Thursday Training Hill sessions will meet at the bottom of Foxholes Road 6.30. Everyone is welcome and the training will be appropriate to your ability and fitness level. The sessions will focus on improving your Strength and Speed endurance for the winter cross country programme but can also be the starting point for your winter training and conditioning.
Road Shoes and high vis tops are recommended. The session will end approximately 7.45. These is limited parking available on Mill Lane.
