Liverpool Half Marathon – 29th March

Just two Harriers made the trip to Liverpool with Simon Parkinson leading the way in a new PB of 1.21.25, clipping a full three minutes of his old time, and finishing 36th overall from 3,500 runners, well done. Chris Horridge ran well in this large field for 487th in a time of 1.36.49.
The race had an unexpected start – due to a lack of marshals – as the first 100 or so runners ran the wrong way, ended up at a dead end and had to turn back into the fun runners!
