Northern 12 and 6 stage

We are less than three weeks away from the mens 12 and ladies 6 stage road running relays. The mens race is 6 x 4.9 miles and 6 x 2.8 miles and the ladies race is 6 x 2.8 miles.

Please let me know by e.mail if you wish to be in the squad for these relays, I can then pick the teams from the squad. I need to send on line in the next few days our squad, that can be as many as 36 men and 18 ladies. Please also let me know if you would sooner run in the morning cos you are doing something in the afternoon or the other way round if you like a lie in.
