A super start to the festival races for the club, with Darren Kay the outright winner, and with excellent back up from Steve Nolan, Glyn Kay and Paul Boardman we also collected the men’s team award. We further took the vets team prize with Ian Hamer and Albert Sunter well placed to support Steve and Paul. Individually, Steve took the first 0/45, Ian Smith the 0/55, and Tony Hesketh the 0/60 prize.

Also well done to our lady trio of Michele Sunter, daughter Abigail, and Marie Holden for making up a team and finishing second.
