The race took place at Radcliffe over an undulating course, on a warm, sunny morning. Horwich pair Rob Jackson and Paul Muller shared the lead throughout the race to finish in joint first place in a time of 34mins 27secs, with Rob being the 1st over 40 and Paul the first over 50.
