Junior Astley PARK run

The 2ND Astley Park Junior Trial run was held on the 5th June. Results were delayed due to some errors in the timing and numbers in the funnel. 23 Juniors went out to see what they could do.

Highlights had to be Penny Townsend, Anna Walton & Olivia Lowe all running 10 seconds less, each to gain 2nd girls team place.

The Boys headed in by Jonathan Birchall also has good runs with Lewis Wilkes and Thomas Massey again many seconds quicker than their last race, helping again to claim 2nd team.

It had to be recognized Clayton brought over some Older runners to win both boys & girls, however, age against age, Horwich would win with some margin.
