Within this session you will have the benefit of learning what constitutes weight training for running and be able to practice some moves on the night! Correct technique will promote all the benefits and avoid injury! We can also arrange for a follow up session perhaps 6-8 weeks later to answer any specific questions that you may have experienced in your own sessions.
If this is of interest then please let me know on FB or by email your intentions…….this is not just for the elite but open to ALL interested parties……ie: the girls and in particular the vets who need to understand that S&C is a crucial part of your training program !
PS i would expect all our northern relay squad to be in attendance with the exception of Ian Conroy for obvious reasons.
