Notice is hereby given of the 91st Annual AGM of Horwich RMI Harriers and AC

As the constitution states all proposals for changes to the constitution should be submitted before the AGM. So should any paid up member have any proposals (inc life membership) then should be proposed and seconded in writing (via email is acceptable) to either the secretary or chairman before the end of September 2015.

The committee have one proposal to submit and that is below

To change the date of membership renewal/registration

Proposed P Ramsdale Seconded A Storey

The date of membership should run from 1st January to 31st December (and not

as it currently is from the AGM to AGM which is approximately 20th October

every year).
