Pendle Open Meeting
4 September 2005

Horwich RMI Athletes had a great time at the 27th Pendle games on Saturday.

Under 15 Sam Gough was once again in winning mode as he sped round the track to dominate the 200m and also earned silver over 800m.

Senior Men Carl Foster and Mark Dacre were also in medal form as Carl gained victory in the shot whilst Mark picked up two silvers at Discus and Javelin.

For the ladies under 17 Becky Norris produced a golden run over 300m and also picked up silver over 300m Hurdles, whilst under 15 April Stephenson was once again close to the club record over 1500m.  Rebecca Keating picked up a silver in the under 15 javelin whilst Natasha Dacre looks like following in her father’s footsteps as she won silver in the under 10 ball throwing competition.
