An excellent turnout of 21 young athletes ranging from Age 6 to 14 competed at the final indoor track & field event of 2007, including 9 smashing debut performances.  There were some exciting events which included over 20 Personal Bests and 3 new club records for the young Harriers.

In the Under 9 category, Jake Raines was a “Double Winner” taking the 60m and Soft Javelin events, whilst Cameron Challands came 2nd in 200m and Callum Gordon was 3rd in Standing Long Jump. For the Girls, Eleanor Dacre was 2nd in the Soft Javelin.

Under 11’s Girls produced a winner with Martha Gill’s Standing Triple Jump.  Martha was also 3rd in the Shot!  Natassia Dacre came 2nd in the Shot, whilst Sophie Williams was 2nd in the Soft Javelin.

In the Under 13 Boys impressive performances were produced by Matthew Ault in winning the High Jump and Ryan Moore who set one of the Club Records with 1m 54.1s in the 600m and finished 3rd in his event.  Alex Critchley came 2nd in the Standing Triple Jump.

Under 15 Boys produced a winner in the Standing Triple Jump from Adam Critchley, whilst Tiffany Dacre for the Girls came in 3rd with an impressive 200m run.
