Two Lads Fell Race – 5.25M, 900ft

A sunny and very warm evening greeted 74 runners at this years Two Lads Fell Race with 16 Horwich Harriers making the start line. Albert Sunter used his local knowledge to his advantage to finish 3rd overall, and first Horwich for the BBBR trophy, with Andy Porter, Paul Boardman and Rob Green making up the winning team.
In the ladies race Michelle Devine took the lead from Karen Murray at Pike cottage and held on for the win.
